She has been practicing as a family primary care nurse practitioner serving populations ranging from 1 month old to geriatrics. Paida has extensive clinical experience working as a registered nurse in Acute and rehabilitation hospitals in Texas for 10 years.

Carolyn Woahloe is a national board-certified Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2012. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022. Carolyn has clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in outpatient and inpatient settings, including Acute Care, Long Term Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, Community Based Palliative Care, Hospice, Geriatrics, Oncology, Orthopaedics, and Pain Management.
Carolyn is passionate about holistic health and wants to help everyone live their best lives. She believes in health promotion and preventive medicine. As a provider, she seeks to emphasize patient education, patient empowerment, and compassionate care. She wholeheartedly believes that "Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" - World Health Organization.
She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and The American & Texas Nursing Organizations. She lives in Texas with her husband and three wonderful kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Carolyn is also passionate about mission work traveling annually to Liberia on medical missions.
